Objective
Create a user-friendly, responsive website for a CRM software system. The website’s goal is to communicate the product’s value to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits while providing a seamless onboarding experience. The target users include small to medium businesses in various industries looking to streamline customer relationship management processes.

Problem Statement
Users need an easy way to explore CRM software features, understand how the software will benefit their businesses, and experience a straightforward onboarding process. The current challenge is ensuring a balance between feature-rich displays and ease of understanding for users who may not be tech-savvy.
User Research
To understand the needs and pain points of potential CRM users, I conducted interviews and surveys with business owners and customer support representatives. Key findings included:
- Simplicity and Accessibility: Users preferred a minimalistic design to avoid feeling overwhelmed by technical details.
- Clear Feature Descriptions: Users valued concise, non-technical explanations of CRM capabilities.
- Guided Onboarding: Many expressed a need for an introductory walkthrough or guided onboarding process.

Information Architecture (IA)
I developed a sitemap to organize the website content for easy navigation. Main sections included:
- Homepage: Overview of CRM benefits, key features, and a CTA (call to action) for a free trial.
- Features Page: Detailed descriptions of features, with sections dedicated to Sales, Customer Support, and Analytics.
- Pricing: Transparent pricing plans with a comparison table.
- Resources: Blog, FAQs, and support documentation.
- Demo/Free Trial Page: Easy access to a guided demo or free trial signup.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Using the insights from the IA, I developed low-fidelity wireframes in Figma to visualize the website’s layout. Key elements included:
- Hero Section with Value Proposition: Positioned at the top to quickly capture user attention.
- Feature Section with Visual Aids: Each feature had a brief description accompanied by icons or illustrations.
- Testimonials and Social Proof: Highlighted customer testimonials and case studies for credibility.
- Clear CTA Buttons: "Try for Free" and "Request Demo" were strategically placed throughout the site.
After feedback and iteration, I moved to high-fidelity prototypes, incorporating brand colors, typography, and interactive elements.
Final Outcome
The final design delivered a user-friendly, responsive website that effectively communicates the CRM software’s benefits and key features. The website encourages user engagement, with increased sign-ups during A/B testing on the trial/demo CTA buttons.
