Filtering

One key improvement in user experience came through the implementation of an intuitive, user-selectable filter feature for managing specific records. The redesign incorporated a dropdown menu, providing clear categories for filtering. This approach ensures users can quickly and accurately filter data based on criteria relevant to their roles, leading to smoother navigation and data retrieval.

User Flow

The redesign simplified the user flow, focusing on easy record selection and smooth transitions. Users can now select from multiple records with ease, a crucial improvement for finance and administrative teams who work with extensive datasets daily.

Gallery View

I introduced a view switcher to toggle between two layouts—table and gallery—providing flexibility in data display and user preference. This gallery view is particularly useful for scenarios such as reviewing designers' work. Users can select filters, specify columns, and sort data, saving each customized view for future use. This feature optimizes daily work routines, saving users from repeatedly setting up views.

Record Details

Another major addition is the full-row preview feature within data tables. This enhancement enables users to view comprehensive details of each entry without leaving the main table, allowing for deeper insight and better data analysis. This change supports more detailed interactions with financial and administrative data, streamlining review and analysis.

Documents

For contracts, the redesign includes a preview mode offering a full contract overview with essential details and required actions. This view is restricted to prevent edits, minimizing the risk of accidental changes or errors in critical documents.
